Taoist Cultural Arts Association Registration form
The Taoist Cultural Arts Association is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee. The aims of the Association are to provide education in the Taoist Cultural and Health Arts of the Lee style as taught by Professor Chee Soo. Any students who attend the classes must register with the Association before they begin their training course by completing the online form below, or downloading the printable version and handing it to the teacher or sending it to the Association by post.
I would like to join the Taoist Cultural Arts Association; I fully accept that for reasons of health and safety the techniques are only to be practiced within the guidelines set by a fully qualified teacher of the Taoist Cultural Arts Association.
