The Association's Day Courses
The Association holds regular day courses at weekends which are ideal for both beginners or advanced students, and are particularly suitable for people who can't make it to a regular evening class. Each day is roughly equivalent to four evening classes although the exercises will usually be explored in greater depth.
Day courses give you a chance to explore the Arts in more depth, meet people from other classes, and look into aspects of the Arts not normally covered in evening classes such as Health and Massage or weapons training. There are also special classes for advanced students and instructor training, these are by invitation only.
There is no need to book for day courses, just come along on the day.
There are also regular weekly T'ai Chi and Feng Shou evening and daytime classes held in many areas throughout the UK and also in Europe - more details on the TCAA weekly classes.

10.30am - 4.30pm each day (Lunch 1-2pm bring a packed lunch)
