An Aga in the kitchen/dining-room is the sole cooking appliance (a microwave is provided) and adds warmth in the winter months. Hollyberry Barn

A superb detached barn, recently converted into a first class home, offering high quality accommodation with beautiful rural views over a patchwork of Cornish Countryside, with a tiny glimpse of the distant sea. Situated 1/4 mile down an unmade lane, a mile from the village centre with its ancient church, the property is near the owner's own home, but is secluded from it.
Both are set in thirty-six acres of land which is a conservation area, and there are lovely woodland and nature walks with ancient enclosures. As well as species of orchids, rare ferns and dragonflies, you are likely to spot a fox, badger, or rabbits scampering in the fields. This is a good central location for exploring the Land's End Peninsula; Sennen Cove is just 3.5 miles away and Treen and its neighbouring coves are within ten minutes drive. The accommodation is of course in excellent order throughout, with attractive decor, and oil fired central heating for comfort throughout the year. There are many character features, such as ceiling beams and traditional rough stone painted walls and timber flooring. A very spacious and attractive holiday home in a lovely setting. This property is suited to those with walking difficulties, due to the ground floor bedroom, bathroom and tiled shower cubicle, which allows wheelchair access.
